By accessing or using EntityBoost's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using our services.

2. Description of Services

EntityBoost provides search engine optimization (SEO) and answer engine optimization (AEO) services, including but not limited to:

• Website analysis and optimization recommendations
• Content strategy and optimization
• Technical SEO implementation
• Local SEO services
• Schema markup and entity optimization
• Performance reporting and analysis

3. Client Responsibilities

As a client, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information about your business
• Grant necessary access to websites, analytics, and other relevant platforms
• Implement recommended changes in a timely manner
• Maintain ethical business practices and comply with search engine guidelines
• Pay all fees according to the agreed schedule

4. Payment Terms

Payment terms will be specified in individual service agreements. Generally:

• Services are billed monthly or as specified in the agreement
• Payment is due within 30 days of invoice date
• Late payments may incur additional fees
• Services may be suspended for non-payment
• Refunds are provided according to our refund policy

5. Intellectual Property

EntityBoost retains ownership of our methodologies, tools, and proprietary processes. Client-specific deliverables become the property of the client upon full payment. We reserve the right to:

• Use anonymized case studies and results for marketing purposes
• Retain copies of work for quality assurance and legal purposes
• Continue using general knowledge and experience gained

6. Results and Guarantees

While we use proven strategies and best practices, we cannot guarantee specific ranking improvements or traffic increases due to factors beyond our control, including:

• Search engine algorithm changes
• Competitor activities
• Market conditions and seasonality
• Client implementation of recommendations
• External technical issues

7. Confidentiality

We maintain strict confidentiality regarding client information and business data. We will not disclose confidential information to third parties without explicit consent, except as required by law.

8. Limitation of Liability

EntityBoost's total liability for any claims arising from our services shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate services with 30 days written notice. Upon termination:

• Client remains responsible for payment of services rendered
• We will provide final reports and deliverables as agreed
• Access to proprietary tools and platforms will be revoked
• Confidentiality obligations continue beyond termination

10. Force Majeure

EntityBoost shall not be liable for any failure to perform due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, government actions, internet outages, or other force majeure events.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Arizona, United States. Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in Phoenix, Arizona.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Significant changes will be communicated to active clients with 30 days notice. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
